RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from plantdecanter.com.au, including a change of mind, product defect simply email us at hello@plantdecanter.com.au and we will process your claim.

For orders which included free shipping, in the event of a complete refund we will refund the purchase price total minus $10 to cover our initial shipping cost to you. Upon receiving the returned product your refund will be processed within 7 days.
